Click on Logo.\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\tBOWLS SCOTLAND &#8211; Safeguarding Information &amp; Downloads.\nClick on Logo\n\t<h1><strong>SAFEGUARDING<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bowlsscotland.com\/safeguarding\/safeguarding-information-downloads\">Safeguarding<\/a> and welfare of all members of the public visiting our club, be they club members, visiting bowlers, or those using our club house facilities, has been given the highest priority by the Club management team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tweedmouth Bowling Club is affiliated to Bowls Scotland and within our constitution we have an objective <em>&#8220;To promote and abide by the Rules of Bowls Scotland&#8221;. In abiding by that objective we also agree &#8220;To provide access to lawn bowls for players of all standards in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that does not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex; sexual orientation, political or other opinion and aligned to the Club mission statement&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tweedmouth Bowling Club have implemented the Bowls Scotland <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bowlsscotland.com\/safeguarding\/safeguarding-information-downloads\">Wellbeing &amp; Protection Policies<\/a> and have a dedicated Accredited Wellbeing &amp; Protection Officer, supported by Accredited Children&#8217;s Wellbeing &amp; Protection Officers. Contact details for these WPO&#8217;s are available on this website or from notices displayed within the club premises. In addition we also have policies for Social Media Use, Mobile Phone Use and Anti-Bullying. These policies are also supported by Codes of Conduct for Parents &amp; Carers, Spectators, Officials &amp; Volunteers, Coaches, Team Managers and Players. These are all available from the Bowls Scotland web site.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, those officials who have any interactions on behalf of the club, with children or vulnerable persons are required to have undertaken a DBS (Disclosure &amp; Barring Service) check.
