Tweedmouth Bowling Club

Although Tweedmouth Bowling Club is a Private Members Club we do provide an excellent venue for many community events, including wedding receptions, christenings, birthday parties or funeral teas. We also recently hosted a gender reveal party and a children's photo shoot. In addition to the main bar area (shown on the photographs) we also have a separate meeting room for smaller group meetings or activities and our location on the banks of the river Tweed, close to the town centre, is within easy access of public transport both road & rail and is disability compliant.

• The main venue holds a maximum of 80 (eighty) guests within comfortable surroundings.
• Fully licensed bar on the premises.
• Music Licence.
• Our meeting room can be hired independently and holds 16 (sixteen) people comfortably. It also has direct access to the bar if required.
• The club can provide catering, starting at £5:00 per head or subject to agreement we can open our kitchen facility to outside caterers for a small cover charge. (Subject to facilities required)
  

The use of either the main function room or the smaller meeting room at the club is free to local community groups and local charities on request but we do ask if possible for a donation to cover some of our energy costs. For private functions however we do charge a small hire fee of £100:00. This is required to cover our operational costs etc but £50:00 of this will be a refundable deposit should no damage or cleaning be required following the event.
