Tweedmouth Bowling Club is the "new kid on the block" when it comes to lawn green bowls in Berwick-upon-Tweed, having been formed nearly one hundred years ago in 1934. Our two illustrious neighbours Berwick, established in 1895 is the oldest and then Spittal in 1910. Our club is very lucky to have had some very conscientious members, especially the secretaries during that time, as we still have a mountain of material documenting our development and challenges throughout that period from inception to where we are today ... we hope that through this web site we will be able to share with you some of these stories and competition histories, as well as associated stories of what was happening within our community around the same time.
